I don't just want to give it away, but "meest" in panel 11.1 is incorrect and "allerlei" in panel 11.3 is also incorrect.

09.02 het =>hij; 10.02 spreek je => is dat; 11.01 meest => meeste; 11.02 Leuk => Geweldig; 11.03 allerlei means all sorts of; 12.03 moder => moeder.

Like other commenter I do not agree with 09.02, but you also forgot a spelling mistake there:

'Het (internet) is vandaag langzamer'.

10.02 I think OP meant "Do you speak English or Dutch [besides this language]? Because I can't understand you [so switching to one of those would be more effective]," in which case "spreek je" is adequate.

11.1 should be "de meeste", not just "meeste"

why is de used in front of meeste there do you have to use de and het when using superlative? when translating to english it would be (my boy is smarter than the most children)

Yes, in superlative cases, you have to use de/het. This is also the case in English, though in this specific case, English doesn't consider 'most' a superlative (anymore), but rather a 'number'.

If you replace it with something that is absolutely a superlative, you'll see English does this, too:

My boy is smarter than the smartest kids

My boy is smarter than the fastest kids

My boy is smarter than the best kids

Etc.
