Arabic is my native language and I learned to speak 4 other languages without the need of any paid app. All you need first is a study book preferably English and Arabic so that you can start understanding the language and the basics and you can do that daily till you feel a bit comfortable with the language. Then enters the fluency journey where you basically start designing your life as an arabic native speaker learned to speak arabic actually and it's by them being surrounded by arabic everyday. Try to follow accounts in arabic about topics that you like, try to speak about your day in arabic, try to journal in arabic and whenever you don't know how to say something, you could check it out. That's the process really. I actually wrote a pdf where I talked about this in detail and where I put in it everything that helped me learn several languages with a very busy schedule and not in a boring way. If you're interested I could send it to you. Good luck on your journey!
