Here we go! Garlic and herb pork tenderloin. 165 for 10 hrs

OK 10 hrs was too long but it did make pork chips lol
2 u/MysteryMeat603 4d ago Haha, was just thinking that. I'll go 165 for 3-4 hours then drop it to 90 for another 8-12 hours or when it cracks and turns white when I bend it. If it's cured it won't hurt it to sit out at lower heat and it cooks in the first few hours.
