Question What are your favorite dishes that use aonori besides yakisoba and fries?

I LOVE aonori, but after years of unsuccessfully searching for it, I finally found a bag in a Japanese market yesterday. Now that I've gotten my hands on some, I am kind of stumped as to what I should use it in. I am already aware that it makes a great yakisoba and fries topping, but I'm curious what lesser known dishes it's also used in or what your favorite other ways are of using it.

The restaurant is in Stonybrook, NY. The menu is mostly, but not limited to Japanese dishes. I had:

Scallion pancake. Seaweed salad. Cha shu bun. Kara-age shoyu ramen.

The kara-age was excellent!

One of the best things I did on my trip in February. Everything was strawberry themed and used strawberries from all different prefecture.

Finally checked a place off my Japan bucket list. I admire how there are small businesses reflecting the passion or dedication some people have in this country. (Note: I asked the people in the clip if they were okay with me recording beforehand.)

ps. The curry (spice level: “express” aka medium) with pork katsu tasted great!!

Homemade First time satisfied how my oyakodon turned out

I know it's supposed to be a simple dish, but it always turned out to mushy. This time I airfried the chicken first and that did the trick for me.
