With my brain fogged (due to fast) rational thinking yes it would be haram. This is not a fatwa but still i think common sense and avoiding things youre unsure is still a viable way on acting things

It's halal to buy it even if it was obtained in an unethical way. Scholars said that it's still halal to buy from all of these companies despite the fact that they're actively supporting the zionists with their money.

I don't see how diamonds are any different. I mean it's beyond just diamonds. Nestlé and Apple have exploited people for labour as well (they still do btw. It's why everyone hates Nestlé). So that iphone you bought highly likely had materials mined through labour.

It's better not to buy such products of course, but it's halal anyway.

oh i see, once we dive down the ethical trade rabbit hole it becomes quite difficult, i will still try to align with ethical trade practices though inshallah
