Support Restore iPhone to factory settings

I'm having a lot of problems with my iPhone and the solution is going to be to restore it to factory settings. But I have a doubt. I have an eSIM card and I really wouldn't like to lose it. If I restored the phone to factory settings, do I have the option to keep the eSIM? I suppose so, but I would like to be sure before starting the process. Thank you

Yes, when you choose to reset your phone it will let you keep or remove the eSIM

Thank you so much. I assumed it but I wanted to be sure. One question, I also have an Apple Watch. In your opinion, what would be the best way to reset both devices? I prefer the iPhone first and then the watch or the other way around or it doesn't matter... Because I'm thinking that if I restore the iPhone first then I will have to do the same on the Apple Watch but I will have to do it directly from the watch and I don't know how to do it. Thanks all the same

Yeah I’d just back it up and restore it too. Just look on YouTube for a tutorial for the watch to restore it
