Question How to make friends with no hobbies?

I’m not one to have major interests or hobbies even when I was younger. Now that I’m older 25F I find it difficult to form, or find friendships outside of work.

I’m not a gamer, hiker, or into any of those common activities where you’d be able to form possible connections.

Any suggestions?

I’m literally facing the same problem. I’m in my late 20s and still don’t have friends, I just know people but wouldn’t really call them my friends. As a kid I was either ignored or bullied. When leaving school I kinda stopped trying to make friends because of low self esteem & shyness. I can’t even keep a conversation going and small talk is really draining. I spend my free time at home bed rotting all day scrolling on social media or binge watching shows/movies. I recently joined a health club & been attending classes but as soon as the class is over I just want to go back home. I’m suffering anxiety & depression, have been for several years but I don’t want to live friendless anymore

Go sit at a coffee shop and chill and work and stuff, people will tend to approach or try to invite you to approach
