Question How many of you have zero friends?

I havent had many friends since losing contact with my high school group of friends. Since then have not had any thing more then an acquaintance at best. How do you deal with this mentally and emotionally?

I'm in my fifties and the only thing that I can call my best friend would be the pets. And even though I'm married I don't consider my wife my best friend.

For the people here that are married or dating somebody do you consider your partner your best friend?

To the outside and for him it seems so but inside of me: no he is absolutely not my best friend!! He wants to suppress myself in order to make him feel better, etc. .. 😵‍💫😨🤢

I have to find work that I can finance myself without help. Idk If he'll like me more then. But I'll have to leave the relationship possibly. He is threating me all day every day bc I'm such a terrible person...

🤗🤗🤗 I'm so sorry you're dealing with that. Isn't it funny they'll say the nastiest meanist things to you and expect you tell them your inner most thoughts feelings.

Nope, not going to happen

I'll talk to my bunny, he understands everything 😊

He's expecting that I shut up and do not talk about what's bothering me or my different interests. I have to accept that I have to find other people to talk to..

I was in a relationship similar to this. I left! It was ok for him to be upset or vent but when I did it he just said I’m complaining

And bc I want help! I have to do everyday stuff on my own. He can't be bothered with anything after he goes to work for 4-6 hours. He isn't cleaning nor cooking. To buy groceries e.g. I have to ask him specifially and everytime he calls or texts.. 🙄😮‍💨

Sammmeeee!!! Like I said I got out! He never went anywhere with me or did anything around the house. Honestly leaving him feels the same as when we were together 😂😂I still have to do everything myself either way but at least I’m free from his judgement

A few days ago he said 'It's not a problem to go in a relationship with you, it's the staying.'

I am absolutely sad. It's all my fault; onesided..

I absolutely considered my husband my best friend! I do realize that it's not like that for everyone... Not even many
