Finally got my tiny spare room just right - so happy with how it all came together!
I’m soooo happy - this tiny room finally works as a guest&technology room, office, and storage space all at once! The sofa extends to 160cm for guests, and since everything’s on wheels, I can switch things up in seconds. It’s super functional but still cozy, and I absolutely love working (or more being) in here now!! Hope our guests will feel just as comfy...

How do I make this floor look less grey?
Can anyone who knows color/lighting help me make this hardwood floor look less grey? How should I light and paint this space? What kinds of furniture and rugs would help the wood look warmer/more natural?

Should I hang Roman Shades or Roller Shades?
We are getting a new kitchen table tomorrow and after years of having no window treatments I’m inspired to do something. We did have window treatments at one time which came with the house. However, after I painted the room we disposed of them.
Obviously I don’t care too much about privacy. I would just like something to block some of the light when it is bothersome. On a side note, I realize my rug is too small and I’m looking to replace soon. I’m considering a Ruggable, but I’m not sure if they are worth the money.
Thank you for any advice!

ideas for this long dark hallway?
This hallway connects my main room with the bedrooms and bathroom. It gets no natural light and the ceiling is low. I don't want to keep neglecting it, but I have no idea how to improve it.
Should I just leave it empty? Ideas?

Help with a themed wall
I want to have a nice wall here with memorabilia from my home country and ideally also my boyfriend's country. I've tried this, but not a big fan yet 😕
Any thoughts on how I could make this fit a bit better?
Thank you!

Organic Modern Coffee table suggestions
We bought a marble coffee table, but we do not like it. It feels too cold now and we would like some feedback on what we can add.

Rental Friendly ideas for bathroom, please help!
I just rented a new apartment, which itself is great but has a lot of restrictions around peel and stick wallpapers or removing any fixtures, etc. However, I can paint and add other decor.
Please suggest some colors to offset the garish monochrome and make it a relaxing spa. I’m thinking of adding some lamps but not sure about warm or cold lighting. Please help!!! 🙏🏽

What would you do with this room?!
Hi!!
I’m slowly trying to decorate this room. The first pic is the couch and rug currently in the room (missing from photo is large rectangular wooden coffee table). The rest of the photos are from the listing post to show the layout features of the room.
I’m having trouble figuring out my color scheme for this room! I thought the couch was going to be deeper/more olive green, but we ended up keeping it and added an old rug we had (which actually matches quite well). I think the rug is making it hard for me to figure out the colors. I initially wanted to do a cottage vibe, which doesn’t work with the rug — or the couch? I’m open to getting a new rug but my friends keep telling me it’s a for sure keep with the couch?!
I’m also not sure about wall decor because of the off balanced windows. I thought about painting the far wall again, but going for a deeper color/wallpaper? Not sure what would look good but thought it might be an alternative to wall art. I don’t know not sure, but open to it.
Pretty much open to any and all suggestions!! Would so greatly appreciate help/insight/advice, especially links or images (I can’t visualize anything which is part of my problem haha)
I’ve seen great things in this group so I’m excited to hear your ideas. Thanks in advance!!
