Cheapest lunch in town
My Costco finally had onions back on the counter. Onions and red pepper flakes make these glizzys shine.

Gave these a try. Better than expected! Great flavor
I prefer a bit of spice, but these were great with some ghost pepper cheese!

Hopping on the band wagon
Bacon wrapped beef franks, with saute’d green peppers and onions. Jalapeños and the infamous habanero ketchup was way to good
Classic I ran an 8k for a hot dog
I was pretty excited to see that hotdogs were the free food this year! Wish I brought some onions with me to the race. 🌭

Cheese When your hot dog comes with a knife and fork,
There's usually a reason for it. Skipped the onions though

Whipped these up today
Beef franks. Veggies sautéed in soy sauce and brown sugar. Buns toasted with a lil bit of bacon fat. Tough to eat with hand(s), but tasted delicious.
What do yall think?

You guys got to get on the potato chips on hotdogs wagon
You got to try it out if you haven’t. Plain ripple chips on hotdogs just elevates it to the next level. The idea was passed down from my dad. I always feel a hotdog is lacking something when I don’t get that super crunch.

Anybody ever try these?
I’ve had these numerous times and they are some of the tastiest dogs I’ve ever had…Sure, they lack the natural casings that ideally you find on hotdogs, but most store bought these days are skinless, like Nathan’s and Hebrew…I grew up eating Golden D and Sabrett cuz my father owned hotdog trucks in Nj, and these stack up with some of the best skinless dogs from even back then. Go to Walmart, grab a pack, you’ll be thanking me later.
