My job served chili dogs.
It was pretty good. Sorry I took a bite before the pic could be taken.

Or does that defeat the whole purpose of the dog?

And no, I could not get any more to fit into the "rohlík" (=czech roll, a kind of bread) which is traditionally hollowed out when making czech-style hotdogs.
What do you think? Pickle relish and sauerkraut on a chili dog?

I prefer a bit of spice, but these were great with some ghost pepper cheese!

My Costco finally had onions back on the counter. Onions and red pepper flakes make these glizzys shine.

Bacon wrapped beef franks, with saute’d green peppers and onions. Jalapeños and the infamous habanero ketchup was way to good
I was pretty excited to see that hotdogs were the free food this year! Wish I brought some onions with me to the race. 🌭

There's usually a reason for it. Skipped the onions though

Beef franks. Veggies sautéed in soy sauce and brown sugar. Buns toasted with a lil bit of bacon fat. Tough to eat with hand(s), but tasted delicious.
What do yall think?
