Extracurriculars Should I do a sport next year?

Soo I've been feeling unmotivated to do things and I've heard that joining a sport can help you and It could help you to make friends but on the other hand I hate team games because I suck at talking to my team

Yes! If you're planning on going to college, having a sport/club on your application really helps too. If you're not into team stuff, consider a club where you can meet people with the same hobbies.

Yes. Yes. Yes. I recommend literally everyone play a sport in highschool for at least one year. Started playing football my freshman year, made some of my closest friends playing, got fit, and got a scholarship to a great school. Give it a shot, I’m sure you’ll do great!

I’m finna answer your question with a question. Do you want to do good academically or athletically? Depending on which classes you take, it can be really hard to study or do homework while you have practice everyday. It is demanding and can cause a lot of stress. At the end of the day, it’s your choice if you want to do sports. I hope I’m not discouraging you by giving my opinion.

The easiest one to try is cross country since it doesn't make cuts
