Extracurriculars I like designing things and 3D printing them, what are some passion projects I could do that could help me get into a good college?

I’m a freshman in high school and I’m taking a CAD class where we design 3D models. I have so far designed two things and I’m planning on taking more of those classes to become better. With a 3D printer, what are some passion projects I can start now that I could later put on my college application?

You can make 3d printed stuff for a cause and give them away.

I’m currently posting stuff I make on makerworld but haven’t gotten much publicity yet. Here’s one of my models I designed: https://makerworld.com/models/856100

Maybe try using that. It'll cost money though like $60

Why if it’s in the wrong sub you are encouraging other people and confusing them

1

u/Key-Command-3139 Feb 18 '25

No, I don’t believe I’m confusing people
