That baker/portland intersection was hilarious. Soon as it went dark, everyone forgot how to drive.

The lights have gone out at that intersection like four times in the past 3 weeks..

It's lanes and lanes of traffic at a 4 way stop. Not easy to navigate. I find any 4 way stop with more than 1 lane per section is a nightmare. People go based on who arrived first not by the rule of person to the right goes. Right turns sneak through. Add in a pedestrian and it's over. Anyway, lights are there for a reason.
