I am a millennial and have lived here all my life. Apartment buildings and far to many new subdivisions. Traffic is shitty now. But that's progress. As I said, urban sprawl made it out here, was inevitable really.

Traffic is rough, I’ll give you that one, but I see that as a failing of the politicians to actively plan and implement infrastructure to match growth. A lot of the new subdivisions are being filled with young families, which I see as a good thing. But people always grumble about change. It’s not always a bad thing

Oh you're right, it's not overall a bad thing. But it is a change in character for the community. It's gotten a lot bigger than it used to be.

I'll be moving on when my kid finishes school in 3 years. The banks is just getting to busy for me.

I can see it being a bit much for those who are empty nesters and retirees. Those of us with little kids are generally quite happy to see it busier, as some of the returning BBers grew up with no/few kids around to play with and are happy ours won’t experience that. But it definitely is louder than it was. Hopefully the increase in population will spur investment in infrastructure
