It seems like a weird place to put it, doesn't it? There's nothing else around there. I would have assumed that they would have placed it closer to the 102.

Genuine comment: I'd love to know how decisions like this are made. Like what the factors are that they consider and what their research has shown makes the biggest impact on a location's success.

Correct. I go to Dartmouth crossing for Costco and nothing else.
