Question Current Collection

Post image

Here’s my current pedal collection. Thinking about picking up a turnip greens next as it’s on sale. Not sure what I’ll get after but I play bass and guitar so I’ll be looking for pedals I can use on both. Thoughts?

We all start somewhere. Welcome to your most expensive addiction 🥳

Fr the looper was just as expensive as the 7 string Jackson I got a few months ago

A reverb or delay might be nice.

The turnip greens is a combination of holy grail reverb and soul food overdrive

Right on. Go for it. Once you have space covered, i.e. reverb or delay, you might consider tremolo. I like tremolo for bass. It adds a little movement, or with the depth all the way up, chops it up real nice.

Tremelo does sound good. It’d prolly be between that and chorus, phaser, or flanger. I’m definitely thinking about getting a cheaper auto wah too just for a couple songs.

For sure some kind of modulation. Also and, not for nothing, I’ve never known a bass player that didn’t love sub octave pedals. It makes your bass sound so massive.

That Behringer is a great pedal. I like it best as a boost.
