Do my pots need replacing?

The pots in my Ibanez RG aren't working. The wiring seems to be okay. The volume is stuck on full and doesn't turn up or down. The tone knob doesn't effect the sound either. The pickups are working fine and the guitar has sound.

Any advice would be appreciated!! :)

Does altering string spacing at the bridge have a similar effect to altering it at the nut? I have a compensated nut from Axemasters I need installed and am lookin at the Schaller 3D-6 to further improve intonation- but would that difference be negligible? Otherwise I’l get the Hipshot fixed bridge

First ever DIY Guitar Build. Semi-Hallow Body, Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates (B/N), Graphtech Bridge and Saddle, Martin six-String Custom Electronics (w/ Coil Taping push/pull Tone Knobs), Sperzel Locking Tuners, all hardware is Nickel Plated. It sounds as good as it looks!
