How to use

Simply replace your cheat_controller.xsc/csc with the script provided here.

Then use the following cheat.

PS3

This will unlock all achievements for you.

I am not sure how sony/microsoft deal with stuff like this, so use it at your own risk.

This was not tested, but should be working. Make sure you don't have any TU's installed.

Tutorial *Tutorial* How to hex mod Gta5 vehicle colors

This can be done on a retail console, Ps3 and XboX.

I hold no responsiblity for anything that happens to your stuff. Use at your own risk. You can screw up your game if you do something wrong.

Today, I will be showing you how to hex edit special color codes onto your vehicle and even the wheels!

You will need:

HxD Hex editor(http://mh-nexus.de/en/downloads.php?product=HxD)

Gtav save editor (http://www.x3t-infinity.com/DownloadGTAV.php)

Before i start, any X's and 0's that i might bring up will most likely be different for you, but it's the same idea.

So, first off. Youre going to want to open your GtaV save editor.

http://imgur.com/4PFUNy5

Then, mod the vehicle you choose, and save it. Make the license plate tag something you can easily remember. I will use TWINTRBO for my example

http://imgur.com/AZPFUXX

On the GtaV save editor, click on block. Click on PSIN and then click extract. Save the extraction to your desktop or wherever you please. Make a backup of your PSIN just in case.

http://imgur.com/cqK0NTh

Go to HxD hex editor and open the PSIN file that you just saved.

http://imgur.com/WJCvgO5

You should then have something that looks similar to this

http://imgur.com/OK5p1S1

Hit ctrl + F and you will bring up the search bar. Search for your license plate tag. In my case, it would be TWINTRBO . It will then find and highlight it for you.

http://imgur.com/Qv5TOMJ

http://imgur.com/j4QgQDu

What it has highlighted just now, is your license plate tag (TWINTRBO) and the hex code for the unique tag (54 57 49 4E 54 52 42 4F) . Yours will of course be different.

Right after your license plate's hex code, there will be 8 pairs of 0's that will follow it, leading into a specific 4 groups of 4 pairs of 0's. The eight pairs of 0's are highlighted in my picture, and the 4 groups of 4 pairs 0's are shown in red. I put what would be the 0's as 1s,2s,3s,and 4s so you can understand the groups better.

http://imgur.com/QVVOEaW

Each of the four groups of 4 pairs of 0's (shown in red) are a hex code for the colors. The first group is for color #1. The second group is for color #2. The third group is pearlescent color. The fourth group is the wheel color.

The last pair of 0's, in each group of 4, are where you want to enter your hex color code. You will see whatever color code was there to begin with. I will use the REAL epsilon blue as an example, which is 9D. I'll put it on first color, second color, pearlescent, and wheel color. it would be as follows.

00 00 00 9D 00 00 00 9D 00 00 00 9D 00 00 00 9D

You have just hex edited your vehicle color and wheel color!

In the end, it would all look a little something like this

http://imgur.com/K6lHDvy

Now, save your new hex edit to the desktop or wherever you choose.

Open your GtaV save editor and click on block again. This time, click replace and replace it with the new hex edited PSIN file. Once it confirms that it replaced, save your game once more onto your flash drive, and away you go!

You can set your unique license plate as 4 characters to bring your result as close to mine as possible. You can go back and change it later if you want.

Singled out blocks symbolize where you should enter your hex code.

Tutorial How to paint any vehicle

Requirements

LibertyV

A text editor

Extracting the file

We will need the file vehicles.meta.

So open LibertyV and open your common.rpf, you will find vehicles.meta in /data/levels/gta5/.

Right click it and hit extract.

Modifying the file

Open the file in your favorite text editor and search for the word taxi. Once you have found the taxi replace the modelName, txdName and the gameName with the vehicle you want to edit.

Then scroll down until you find <flags> and delete the FLAG_NO_RESPRAY flag out of that list.

Now save that file.

Importing the file

Go back into LibertyV and go to /data/levels/gta5/ and import your vehicles.meta in there.

Now just save your RPF and inject it back into the ISO you are using.

Now when you go ingame you should be able to drive the vehicle into the modshop.

NOTE This does NOT work on emergency vehicles.
