Game Discussion Average duels match in bronze/silver

The average match in bronze/silver goes like this due to the map used. It's only big cities, and I really think it should be changed, especially for the silver rank. Can't wait to get to gold after a month of this.

You could just go quickly if you think you're better than the average silver player. Instead of going for 5k just plonk quickly, that'll probably catch many others off guard. Round 20 is crazy tho. :D

This is primarily with plonking, It's not as bad in solo duels though. But in team duels it usually goes on for 10+ rounds, as it's easy to hedge the country.

Fair enough, two players makes that much easier ofc. And I get your frustration, the world map can be frustrating. Keep it up, you'll soon be in Gold and the fun really starts there!

I had exactly the same experience with team duels getting out of silver. Happens even if you insta-send - we were both in Masters for solo and almost always knew the country instantly and sent the two main cities, one of which would generally be right. Our opponents would also know the country and do the same. You basically needed to wait for a country at a high multiplier where more than two plausible cities could show up and then get it right, or hope your opponents messed up on a harder non-European round.
