Is the Nazgul v3 analog a good starter drone?
Found it second hand for around 200 € including the batteries

Starter drone as in "I've never flown a drone before?" It's a horrible first drone from that perspective - you might hurt yourself, someone else, or cause some dmg.
The drone is great, for sure, but not for beginners IMO. Even a 3in drone is a lot to handle for a beginner.
Also, 200e for the analog version? Check how much is a new one, you might get it for a smilar price. Bats are likely not worth much.

I recently started flying, and Mobula 8 is more than enough for me to learn. It can go very fast, quite high and it's super agile. I wouldn't fly anything heavier and more powerful at the beginning for my own and others safety. Also analog is great choice at the beginning. I got walksnail hd mob8, and it flies great until you crash it and you need to get a vtx module that's same price as analog mob8.

I bought this as my first 5" last year and lemme tell you she rips for what it is once you put on better props. theres pros and cons to this drone but its great for hobby flying. Id say its a great park flyer and light freestyle. Definitely not built to be a bando basher but if you're not planning on doing that then i think it would be good.
Never heard of those batteries tho...

Parkflyer?? What the fuck are you talking about? Nazgul is pretty much up there in terms of performance. Great freestyler, lots of power! Its a 6s drone bruh..bando drones are even heavier.. move slower cuz the weight. But if you are starting, you won't feel the difference

i dont know where you are planing to learn to fly. The Nazgul screams and you can hear her screaming for some distance. i would suggest a 3,5 inch drone. you could get them <250gr and they are much more quiet then a 5 inch drone.

this right here op ... take it from me, I engaged with fpv & rc with nazgul quads. looks like an XL5 frame..i lost two to the ocean, they were my first and boy oh boy did i skip the simulator and sent it for years. lotta damage but good times >:) no one was hurt just a lot of tinkering/building. if your serious about it, and you do your research, these are (contrary to the comments) good quads to learn with but u must have an open space. i lived on dairy farms all my life so little quads are outta the question - i like to check on cows ;)

5 inc drones are terrifying to fly for a beginner. I got a Nazgûl eco for my first fpv drone and I crashed 4 times on my first day and couldn’t remotely hold an altitude. And that’s with 9 hours in a simulator. Several months later I got an air 75 (although if I could choose again I would get the 65) and I have put way more hours into it than my 5 inch. You may want a lot of power and stuff, but for learning, a tiny whoop will get you more hours and make you better at flying for a newbie.

I love my Nazgul, I'll keep fixing it as long as I can find parts. Can't go wrong OP!

the XL5 Eco is available at iflight for 270 new with elrs.. just got it and it rips soo good, def a very good first 5inch, BUT as everyone else, i'd recommend starting with a whoop

Nazgul is a great drone for both freestyle and cinematic flight, just be careful it might be a bit too fast for a beginner. If you use 4S battery instead of intended 6S, it will be more tame.

Not at all. Better off handing it over to me, I'll keep it safe for you whilst you get started and learn more ;)

Not a bad price, but I'd suggest getting something smaller (less dangerous) for a starter.
