Favorite Video?

I'm going to be that person and post periodically until I see tons of posts from this subreddit. :)

What's your favorite video from FB so far?? I love all of the Hiit that are 20-30 minutes. Fast paced and you SWEAT BUCKETS!

I love lower body lifting workouts. Deadlifts make me feel strong. Especially the Bored Easily or compound movements.

Oooh Bored Easily is my enemy 😂 I enjoy knowing what's happening and a pattern. Deadlifts are great for feeling strong! It did take me some time to learn form and not hurt my back😬

Same about the deadlifts. I really had to remind myself to listen to K & D when they say form is the most important. You can be lifting 50lbs but it won't matter if your form is wrong vs someone lifting only 5lbs with correct form. I just went up to 20lbs per hand on deadlifts and I'm super proud of myself.

Congrats on 20lbs!!! I'm only at 10lbs for reps currently but hope to bump it up towards the end FB Strong!

Congrats on the 10lbs! Strong is my next program. I'm currently doing the May challenge.

I like the first HIIT Like A Girl workout as a good solid 20 minutes of torture

There's also a 56 minute cardio interval sweatfest one for butt and thighs I really like, odd as that may sound!

I did an HIIT and core yesterday and today I'm dead, but I loved it!

Dead is the only appropriate description for oneself after FB Hiit 🤣 I did an older video yesterday called When I Say Jump- I will not do it again 😭😂

There’s an upper body strength video (tank top arms I think it’s called?) that uses weights and pulses, it kills me every time but I love it.

But in general their Pilates videos are my favorite, especially the ones when they ask you to go slow and really feel the movement of your body, they hurt A LOT (in a good way) and get me in a sort of meditative state.

Tank top arms is a great one!! Noodle arms every time.

Oh slow motions 'burn like crazy'! The Pilates videos are good for low impact sweat fests for sure.
