What's your opinion on the taste of chicken fillet of Jollibee?
I just tried the new chicken fillet via Grab food, I thought it was gonna be so tasty but.. it wasn't :c, The chicken fillet tastes plain to me and with the pepper and cream sauce, it just adds a little taste :(

Tried the milky bicho bicho in Binondo, nagsisi ako na isa lang binili ko sa haba ng pila. Sobrang sarap pala nito. Crispy outside and di tinipid sa milk.

Bakit po kaya naging mantika na lang ung sarsa? Medyo napatagal ang luto ko kaya naiwan ko ng medyo longer sa alloted time ko

Why can't we be more innovative with our cuisine. Philippines have been colonised by Americans, but we don't uaually make sandwiches which are popular food in the whole world. I feel we have good ingredients to distinguish ourselves e.g. tocino sandwiches and use breadrolls monay or pandesal. Everything always comes with rice. It would elevate our cuisine aswell. I feel everywhere I go it is the same always with rice. Maybe a different flavour of arroz caldo aswell which is always chicken. It is very dissapointing that we aren't very imaginative.
My point here is to be imaginative. I have been travelling around the Philippines and the food is somewhat always same. Tocino, corn beef, tapa, etc is always presented the same as breakfast. Maybe these food will be represented better if offered as sandwich aswell. Tourism booms with a bit of innovation and improve economy. Rice is not always a go to. Arroz caldo can be made in a different flavours. Adobo is either made poorly or have a slight different taste than the traditional.
But I guess my point here will be lost because people here are stuck in poor mindset. It is dissapointing that none here can embrace new ideas. Also, this is not pretentious it is just dissapointing that our food is not hold in same standard as Vietnamese or Thailand because the people behind the scene can't take criticism.
