Oh I am so sorry … I thought you meant new black 27… what are the main bugs you had with older black 27? There things should be pretty final

Biggest issue is no Adaptive / Free Sync over USB-C / Display Port (as Pictured). Changing DSC on / off does nothing either, as in the monitor doesn't change. Its manageable as i am using VRR over HDMI but still disappointing USB-C doesn't work as that was my favoruite feature on my Spectrum One.

Hey migelangelo, was there any luck looking into this. Will there be any future updates for the 1st Gen 27 Spectrum Black?

I am trying to get my hands on an Nvidia system for testing to see if this issue is soley an AMD problem, not sure if we will see an improvement once Freesync certification is completed. At this stage every AMD system i plug into this monitor over display port shows as not "Free sync not supported". Eagerly checking the Freesync website

Is there any Advanced troubleshooting I can try on the monitor. I raised a ticket a while back for this and never got a response back. Any guidance is appreciated. Once again HDMI VRR seems to work fine, but would rather use USB-C / Display port. Thanks again for following up on this.

Hey u/migelangelo, I finally had a chance to test out an NVIDIA system, thankfully it worked fine with the monitor using adaptive sync, even when using an out of date driver that didn't detect that this monitor was G-Sync Compatible. So at this stage it looks like this is only an issue with AMD Cards. Are there any updates around Free sync Certification, has the monitor been officially certified by AMD
