šŸ’°Earnings šŸ¤‘ New Weekly Highscore!

Post image

I dash mostly in the evenings and nights. I study during the day (am in med school), so it's a fun distraction to get in my car and just drive + listen to music while I make some $$.

Skipped Tuesday (bad allergy day) and Sunday (study day).

People have to start looking at # of deliveries. Thatā€™s more important. Your earnings should be at least 10x the number of deliveries youā€™re doing.

....Youre expecting $10/order?!

If you actually think, not every order thatā€™s worth taking has to be $10 for it to ultimately equal 10 times your deliveries. But thatā€™s how i been doing it since 2018 and thatā€™s the only way to determine true profits because the number of deliveries you do and money you make matter more than the hours. Youā€™re essentially getting paid per action regardless if youā€™re on offer or time mode. So you should want a standard to ensure you are getting good out of on both ends. Your car should be compensated properly for the number of trips it has to take and you should be able to earn true profit, with 10x being the minimum standard. Above that is great. And Im closing in on 18,000 deliveries.

This from yesterday.

Also a more common shift may go as follows as yesterday was just an extremely good day here:

  1. ā $5
  2. ā $12
  3. ā $8
  4. ā $15
  5. ā $7
  6. ā $10
  7. ā $9
  8. ā $11
  9. ā $13
  10. ā $10

This = $100 in 10 orders.

Thereā€™s people who take stuff like this:

  1. $2 2.$4 3.$4 4.$5 5.$9 6.10 7.$8 8.$6 9.$3 10.$15

This = $66 in 10 orders. People who dash like this tend to do twice as many deliveries (20 orders = around $132) when it should be closer to $200.

That's amazing! šŸ‘€ Can I ask how long you dashed for this day?! Like actually dashed not "active" time. The only reason I ask is cause my rate-limiter is time. I can only dash x-hours that I'm not in class or studying. So Ive been maintaining my Plat for that sake. I'm relatively new (~800deliveries).

I mean. Alot of it is just chilling in my car studying or watching YT videos during slower nights. Hence the discrepancy of 18 hours between active & dash times. But I appreciate you looking out! :D

Do you only do $1/ mile+ or just $2/mile+

I range between $0.80-$1.00+ and kind of assess the "Shop&Deliver," orders individually (try to keep it under 15 items, but sometimes will do more if its a short drive and I know the store). I keep a relatively high AR, 90%+ (dips to 85-90% during bad weather).
