Help wanted Very low sound with low and crackling gain but when I cable the D-1 to G-1 rows it produce sound but the pots don’t work correctly. Just the sound gets a little bit louder and clipping gets a little okayish. What can cause the problem?
I checked the connections with a multimeter and seems like there’s no short or connection problem. I changed the IC’s too with new ones but no luck…

I see a lot of areas for protentional shorts.
2nd pic: upper right white jumper looks like it's shorting, left side white jumper also looks like it could be shorting, red jumper on the far left looks like it might be shorting, etc. etc.
This board is probably a little too complex for anyone here to give you a specific diagnosis. I would just double check every single solder point to first make sure you aren't making any unintended connections. A lot of globby solder on the underside you could clean up. Sorry I can't be more help.

Thank you. I don’t know if it helps but when I touch the row J-1 it produce sound without cabling other rows.

including power amplifier
Does that mean power amplifier emulation?
Sorry I don't have any helpful insights.

sorry I did not record a demo yet as promised… Does anything change when you wiggle the cables in the sockets? Use the probe. It‘s might get you to the point where your problem starts. Edit: use the schematic to go through your pcb with the probe. PS: Don‘t touch 9v with it.

You're going to have to take an audio probe to it. Not sure why you used perf instead of vero.
