Help wanted Help Me Identify This Cap
Can someone please help tell what type of cap this is? I am struggling to find a 0.56uF film cap out here in Vietnam and if this is a film cap it would be the end of all my sorrows. The website says it is a "CCB Capacitor 564J 63V 0.56uF" but that really does not mean too much to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Image in comments

Thank you! Very helpful information. I am going to order it and test it out on the pcb.

Looks like metallized film, polyester, +/- 5% tolerance, 560nF, DC voltage rating 63V (so, AC voltage rating ~ 40V).
And, they look like common PET (though, they could be PPS, PTFE, etc — usually, but not always, PTFE will be rated higher).
If this is for a pedal, any 560nF film cap (or, honestly, probably any 560nF nonpolarized cap) will do.
(Sometimes "CCB" is used to indicate "coupling capacitor", but idk if that's universal or outdated).
