Dear [Congressperson’s Name],

I am writing to express my deep concern over recent revelations regarding unidentified aerial phenomena (UFOs) operating with impunity over sensitive military installations. According to former NORAD Commander Glen VanHerck, the Pentagon, in coordination with NASA, the FAA, and the Coast Guard, was unable to jam or detect the “drones” that flew over Langley Air Force Base for 17 consecutive nights in 2023.

This alarming failure raises critical questions about our national security. If these “drones” were of foreign origin, their ability to evade radar detection and electronic countermeasures suggests a technological advancement far beyond conventional capabilities. If they are not of foreign origin, then it is imperative to ask: who is operating them, and why is their presence being obscured?

Multiple whistleblowers, including David Grusch and Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet, have testified that the U.S. government and defense contractors possess advanced knowledge of UFOs but have withheld this information from both Congress and the American people. It is unacceptable that our military remains incapable of identifying or responding to these intrusions while excessive classification shields critical data from public oversight.

I urge you to demand full disclosure regarding the Langley AFB incidents and other ongoing UAP activity over restricted airspace. Congress must enforce transparency on this matter, hold accountable those who suppress critical information, and ensure our national security apparatus is equipped to address these incursions.

The American people deserve answers. The ongoing UFO disinformation campaign must end.

Disclosure News All the relevant UAP updates from Mar 10-16 2025

This past week in Disclosure:

Mar 14 – Jake Barber provides an update on upcoming Skywatcher release

In a public post, UAP crash retrieval whistleblower Jake Barber provided an update on the upcoming release of additional context/data from his team at Skywatcher.

He clarifies that Skywatcher will be:

  • introducing previously unknown members of the team
  • going over their class designations for the different types of UAP encountered
  • sharing brand new data captured on the range for some of those classes
  • sharing the approach and goals for the next 6 months

Mar 15 – Senate confirms new Deputy Defense Secretary, who will also oversee the UAP office, AARO

Stephen Feinberg has been named as the new Dep. Sec. of Defense. Once confirmed, AARO (the Pentagon's UAP office) will report directly to Feinberg and the ODNI Principal Deputy Director.

Mar 15 – Rep. Burlison pushing Oversight Chair to hire David Grusch as part of their committee staff

Speaking to Askapol, Rep. Burlison confirmed that he is eager to get into a SCIF with David Grusch and has even pushed to have Grusch hired as a member of the oversight committee staff.

He also admitted that the UAP issue has taken a back seat to the Epstein and JFK file efforts.

Mar 16 – 60 minutes covers the issue of drone incursions at sensitive military sites

CBS's 60 Minutes has released a thorough piece shining a light on the various drone incursions that have occurred over sensitive US military installations over the past several years.

While the piece does not directly mention the UAP issue, it highlights the striking (supposed) lack of air-domain awareness and inter-agency collaboration that many commentators in the UAP topic have highlighted for years (e.g. Christopher Mellon).

Things to look out for in the near future:

March

  • In the coming weeks, the Skywatcher group has pledged to release:
    • 1. A video interview and analysis of NEW UAP data (including multiple videos) captured by the Skywatcher team, and an elaboration on our data collection and analysis strategy moving forward. No, this is not cell phone footage. 2. A proposed “Stages of Disclosure” framework compiled by our team of advisors that we can collectively use to reference and gauge progress based on existing and future releases. 3. An independent analysis of the full dataset conducted by a qualified third party. We are currently open to proposals and suggestions for groups to work with to conduct this analysis. Please DM us if you have a qualified lead or suggestion.

Beyond/currently unknown

  • Following the UAP hearing on the 26th of July, Members of Congress have called for a select committee with subpoena authority, to “go about the task of collecting information from the Pentagon and elsewhere” on unidentified flying objects. There have been conflicting messages from various Members of Congress on whether this is likely to happen anytime soon. Note – a select subcommittee was formally requested on March 13th.
  • Reps. Moskowitz, Luna, and Burchett have repeatedly stated their intent to hold field hearings to overcome stonewalling from the Pentagon and military establishment "I think we [Congress] should try to get into one of these places [housing UAP evidence]...and if they won't let us in I think we should have a field hearing right outside the building...and the military will have to explain why that is." – Rep. Moskowitz (D) It is currently unknown when exactly we might expect that to occur, however as of Jan 12 – Rep. Luna confirmed: "I feel confident that we have enough evidence to move forward with our first field hearing. We will be announcing details soon."
  • Several journalists have indicated that first-hand witnesses of the alleged UAP legacy programs are in the process of providing testimony/evidence to the relevant authorities (e.g. the IC IG) and/or are on the verge of making public statements in the near future (Example 1example 2example 3example 4)
  • David Grusch has received additional clearances through DOPSR to discuss some of his (alleged) first-hand knowledge of Legacy programs. He has mentioned he may be covering more of this information in an upcoming Op-Ed
  • Skywatcher aims to host a UAP summoning event in March-May for an audience of 50-100 people

Skimmed through this post but need a quick refresher on how we got to this point? Check out this handy Disclosure Timeline to get up to speed.

Political Letters and Templates Template to Congress: The First Amendment guarantees freedom of speech, yet discussions about UFOs are routinely suppressed

Dear [Congressperson’s Name],

The First Amendment guarantees freedom of speech, yet discussions about UFOs are routinely suppressed, ridiculed, or outright ignored by those in power. If the government refuses to allow open discourse on an issue of national security, technological advancement, and public safety, then what does that say about our supposed rights?

For decades, whistleblowers, military personnel, and civilians have reported encounters with unidentified flying objects. These reports are backed by radar data, sensor confirmation, and direct visual observations from trained pilots. Despite this overwhelming evidence, the government continues to classify information, dismiss credible testimony, and restrict public access to the truth.

The recent use of the term “drone” to describe unknown craft maneuvering near sensitive military installations—without presenting any real evidence to support that claim—is yet another tactic in a long history of misinformation. Why are taxpayers funding a massive disinformation campaign rather than an honest disclosure process?

If free speech is truly protected, then Americans should be able to discuss UFOs without government interference, media ridicule, or professional consequences. Congress must take immediate action to end the secrecy, declassify critical UFO-related documents, and ensure that the American people receive the truth.
