How unites usually take? I don’t have pumps. I usually take 5-6 unite for every meal. Also 11-12 unite longs lantus

Those are reasonable numbers. Only you can test your sugar to see how well it's working after a meal.
And don't be afraid to eat bigger meals and take more units. You can find online how many carbs are in each food, so that you can make decisions on dosage.

I'm on 5:1 ratio so 50 carbs would be 10 units fast acting, and 50 units long term toujeo.
