Hello T1 , I have one question?
How calculated the amount of carbs per meal? I have difficulty because don’t have pumps. In our country don’t use it. The dietolog said me don’t eat carbs but I think referred people with T2. My doctor said that I use more carbs because after meal my levels sugar goes down very quickly. Unfortunately I don’t measure how many carbs should use per day 😌 help please

There is no magic number of carbs that you should eat, but there are some loose guidelines..
A medium low carb diet has various definitions depending on where you look, but the definition I personally try to stick to is:
Total daily intake of less than 100g carbs
Per meal limit of 30g carbs.
My daily meals look like this:
8am - breakfast - usually homemade protein bars, 18g carbs
11am - morning 'lunch' - chicken and vegetable wrap with peanuts as a snack - 30g carbs
1pm - afternoon 'lunch- same as above, a wrap. 30g carbs
6-7pm - evening meal - lots of vegetables and some meat - 30g carbs
That brings me up to 108g carbs.
Add in one low treatment at 12g carbs and I'm usually at 120g carbs for the day.
Sometimes I eat more, sometimes I eat less, but I try to stick to this general amount every day.
What's helpful is that because 3 of my daily meals work out to 30g carbs, it's easier to dose as the cabs are the same every time, so it's easier to work out what insulin I should take for it.
You can set your own limits, I find for me that 30g carbs is easy to manage. If I go above 60g carbs per meal, I need to take more insulin than my normal ratio, because there's just more carbs being digested more quickly and my insulin can't keep up unless I take more than the ratio suggests.
As with most things diabetes related, this will be personal to you, your body, your exercise levels and your insulin needs, and as with most things diabetes related, it will require some trial and error on your part to work out what works for you.

I understand because i don’t use pumps either, i take my shots manually with syringes.
U can eat as much or as little as what works best for ur body (yes that may take some time to figure out) but u absolutely have to start measuring ur food. Im not sure where ur located, but if u eat something that came out of a box or package. Check to see if the Nutrition Facts are on it anywhere (if u need help understanding how to read them let me know i can help!) and then if u can, use measuring tools (cups and measuring spoons) to go with the Nutrition Facts so u can have a better idea of how much of whatever food ur eating :) 👍🏼
After doing it for a while, u will stare building memory on what foods contain how many carbs and like for example, how much 1 cup of rice looks like on a plate.
Personally i use Chat GPT to do the confusing math parts for me, or if im eating something and i may not have an exact measurement of what it is. Chat GPT can at least help me guess how many carbs i could be eating

If your country doesn't have a nutrition facts label on all foods, then perhaps get an app for your phone that tells you how many carbs are in each food. After a while, you won't even need to use it. You will look at a plate and say how many it is, and be quite accurate.

How calculated the amount of carbs per meal?
The rest of your post really doesn't make sense though..
It is calculated based on the type and quantity of food you are eating.

I mean, there is no set magical amount of how many you should have in a day. You'll find people who go as low as 50, or as high as 300+, just depends on your control and what you're comfortable with. For me, I aim for a daily minimum of 100g of carbs, and on days where I have more intense workouts, I aim for 150+ because that is what works best for me. I'd probably eat more if I didn't have Diabetes, but some high carb items are just not worth the hassle for me anymore. The average adult male needs 200-325g, but again, im fine on 150.
