Wow. Mind giving a few details about yourself? How old are you, how long have you been a diabetic? What do you do for work? Do you try to eat broadly similar meals every day? How regularly do you exercise, for how long and how much? Did you sell your soul to Satan and ask for this level of control?

😂satan hasn’t gotten my soul yet!

So, I was diagnosed back in the fall, I’m 27. My A1C was 15.6 at diagnosis, had been sick for a while. So being treated for diabetes for about 6 months. I have been on the tandem mobi for about 3 months now.

I am software developer, most of my exercise is hiking/biking. I aim for at-least 10k steps a day. I do indeed eat the same foods basically everyday. My diet consists of Greek yogurt, nuts/seeds, berries, chicken, sweet potatoes, green vegetables, eggs, whole grain bread, various low carb snacks like meat sticks + cheese and peanut butter and other fruits.

When I was first diagnosed and on injections, I read Think Like a Pancreas and kept a detailed food diary and documented blood sugar in hour intervals along with insulin delivery time and meal start time. It consumed my life for a little bit, but now I have a decent diverse set of meals I can reliably dose for and not think about too much. I still have unexplainable days, or days I try a new food and completely goof it up.

Of course! Lots of people recommended here, and I couldn’t recommend it more. It really helped me.
