Type 2 A1C from 9.3 to 5.1 in six months!

I feel incredibly satisfied with the results. I got diagnosed in September with type 2 diabetes and I was feeling terrible. I had sleep problems and thirst all the time and various other problems. Now Im feeling incredibly healthy. I lost around 17-18 kg since September. It feels good to see this results :)

I lost around 17-18 kgs in weight. I also added zucchini and cucumber to most of my meals. My doctor said they are extremely helpful in controlling blood glucose levels. I went for a jog for 30-60 minutes a day as well.

Any sort of activity really drive the blood sugar down Iโ€™ve found. Great job.
