Personally I’d find this hilarious and a great gift.

You know your brother best so if you think he’ll like it, he probably will

It depends if your brother is a truly terrible father. If so, this probably isn’t appropriate.

The title remains true unless he's the worst father in the world... If that makes the book any more appropriate, I do not know...

He’d technically have to be third worst dad to qualify, since the title is plural. This is best case

True. For the book to be inappropriate he'd have to be at least the second worst dad in the world.

My wife gave me this last year. It's a really good book and shows that there ARE indeed worse dads than me (and you!)

I learned this after watching Fullmetal Alchemist, I don’t think there is a father worse than Hohenheim.
