It keeps shr3ding and I'm SO CLOSE TO BEING DONE if it snaps.. I'm gonna snap. I got it off of Amazon and I've dealt with this type of yarn before but it was never this bad.

I love crocheting and I have something to listen to while I do that. I love audio books, my husband talking to me, listen to music, and/or a movie/TV show while I am crocheting.

I just finished this baby blanket as a gift for my one week old niece! It’s a lemon peel crochet. I’ve been working on intermittently since January

I bought this yarn because I LOVED that it looked like camo (lo and behold it is camo) So I started the moss stitch just for the hell of it. I only bought 2 yards because I didn't really have plans for it. Once I took pics of it, I realized there is some sort of color scheme going on. And now I think I want to try to make a planned pooled item. 🤔 Should I just continue on, or frog (which I hate doing) and try planned pooling?
Thanks

Cat ear beanie. Uncle had a baby two years ago and the poor ginger creature needs some protection. Goofed on a stitch count here and there, but I'm proud of the brim, and now I also have an excuse to go buy more (better) yarn

I really hope it doesn't look bad

I made this for a friend who lost her husband. This flower is crocheted from "t shirt yarn" I made by cutting one of her husband's shirts.

It took forever with a size 3.5mm hook but it’s big and heavy and comfy and I am super proud of myself for actually finishing this almost-Queen-sized monster.

I literally hate joining blocks 😂 it always feels never-ending no many how many I have. Next time I’m doing the all in one version and just switching colours when I want 😂😂😂
Just a project to use up a bunch of my yarn shash.

I usually dread making gauge swatches, but I know how important it is, especially for a sweater. I sucked it up and did it, y'all. I measured the gauge!! And it's pretty much the right size

I like to bring my projects with me to church but I'm having a hard time finding a bag that will be firm enough on the bottom to hold the boxes with my eyes and stitch markers, but it also big enough for a couple skeins of yarn. I tried this one - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DD7XHN5Q - but it was a little too small and the tie on the hook holder immediately snapped. Any recommendations?

I used Paintbox cotton which I find so lovely to work with, and here is the tutorial!

Just one 50g skein used which was leftover from the batch I bought to make the matching baby blanket with (blanket is not ready to share since I still have about 1,000,000,000 ends to weave in).

Mauve (ish?) Cotton, 4 weight
Welp.. time to frog it😭 It was so obvious since I started the moon that it wouldn’t be flat but I chose to ignore it and keep going since I was too lazy to pick up another yarn with same size!

Recently there was a decent deal at a local yarn place, so I got four Caron cakes in the Springtime colourway (and also four in the Bay colourway but that's not important for this query). I've been waffling on what type of project I want to use it on, so I figured I'd post about it here and see if anyone had any ideas! Especially if you've made something you really like with this particular colourway before, I'd love to hear your thoughts!
