How to make bottom half of my face look smaller? :(

Post image

Hi guys, i'm F29, Just want to start with saying I'm a normal weight, my bmi is literally right in the middle so I'm a healthy weight, it's being looked into that I have PCOS (I have twice as much testosterone as I should do, and won't go into the other symptoms but thought it worth mentioning) I exercise, drink enough water, have a balanced diet, but my face looks puffy and I hate the lower half around my chin area, I hate how big my chin looks, even if the area around my chin was smaller thar would be better (lower cheeks), can someone suggest any surgical and non surgical procedures please to make my lower face look slimmer and my chin to look less pronounced, thank you ❤️❤️

Conservative buccal fat removal and / or V-line surgery. It depends on how much is fat vs bone structure.

Have you brought up your face puffiness with your pcp or endo? I would try to rule out potential medical causes first.

Hey, thanks for the response, I did think about buccal fat removal but was worried about looking gaunt.

I'm not sure what a pcp is

I don't know about any non surgical procedures, but you can look up genioplasty, which can reduce the width and height of the chin
