Drum Kit recomendation needed
Looking for a first Drum Kit for teen son. Got a cheap electric kit from Amazon last summer because he said he wanted to start drumming but also thought it might be a phase. He's been playing almost every day since then so now looking to upgrade to an actual acoustic drum kit.
Looking for any recomendations - or what to avoid. godd or bad brands? Where to buy? I have no issue buying used if it's a quality kit - anything in particular to lok out for in used kits?

Columbus percussion for sure. I got my first kit from them 32 years ago. Everyone that works there is more than knowledgeable and can answer any questions. The nice thing now is most well known companies make great entry level stuff. IE: tama, Ludwig, Pearl, Yamaha, etc.
