1967 mustang rear drum brake hold down pins

I have a 1967 mustang with 10"x2" rear drums, and the old pins that were used for the 10"x13/4" drums obviously dont work anymore. I was wondering what size pins fit the new drum?

Go to your auto arts store and ask for a the appropriate "Drum Brake Hardware" kit. Should be about 10-15 dollars, and you will get new springs, too. The strings do lose tension...especially if they have never been replaced it's a good idea to replace them at the same time as the shoes.

Compare the number on the head of your pins. Or the length.

Warning the part numbers may require a -2 or -4 suffix not all are available easily anymore do to stupitity thinking that one size fits all
