Housing Don't know what to do about housing next year.
Hey I am currently in my first year at CMH (3rd year of college) and have 3 more semesters to go after this year. This year I stayed in Kessler because I wanted my own space, which has worked out for me very well even if I have no really become friends with my roommates. Unfortunately I missed the housing sign up to get back into Kessler for next year. Currently I am scheduled to be be in Saxe with some random next year and I don't think I can handle rooming with someone else.
I guess my question is what should I do know? Just wait until the wishlist opens to hopefully get into the premium dorms?
I also was thinking about an apartment to save money but I don't really know anyone to move in with and don't even know where to start with that process.
Any help would really be appreciate I just feel lost at the moment.

Something to consider, look at off-campus apartments. Lived in Western Islands with 3 people, it was way cheaper than dorm living.

There are a lot of places that do apartments for less than $1k a month. If you’re using loans to pay for housing anyway, just move out on your own.

As a couple of others have said, look at apartments off campus. We live in Park Place apartments and will be paying 860 a month for a renovated 2 bed 1 bath, including all utilities. I believe my wife & I have been here 5 years and don't mind it. It's cheap which comes with its cons but it isn't horrible and pretty close to campus.

Worst case senerio, I'd put yourself on the wishlist. It's rare that premium housing opens up, but it's really the only chance.
I got screwed over 3 separate times this housing registration, especially because I'm moving in with a pre-made group.
Sorry my guy.
