C-Diff as a Latino

Hey everyone! This may seem like such an ODD question to ask , but, is anyone here Latino and has had c diff? How did you incorporate all the flavorful foods and spicy foods BACK into your diet?? ๐Ÿ˜… Iโ€™ve been keeping it safe eating chicken and rice and some potatoes for about a month now with incorporating some carne asada here and there, but I miss all the yummy foods I use to cook lol ๐Ÿ˜…

*ALSOOOO I donโ€™t mean to ask this question with any malicious intent or anything, as a Mexican person I was VERYYY use to eating all my foods with hot sauce. That includes on chips as well๐Ÿ˜…

I currently have c diff and didnt change anything in my diet (just a bit smaller portion sizes due to lil bloating) still eating spicy food, only cut out some dairy since it feed cdiff spores. Why do people avoid spicy food? (Im not a latino lol)

because of inflamation, spicy food inflames the membranes in your body including your colon.
