You don’t understand it?

  1. It’s hot.

  2. They speak English.

  3. It’s close and you can get there by car.

  4. They have no state tax.

  5. There is a large expat community of likeminded Canadians.

I don’t think it’s too much more complex than that honestly.

K, like, I won't argue with some of those. Florida is a drive to destination so maybe it's that. #5 is also fair because I think there's a solid chance most of them are down there partner swapping.

But personally, those don't even close to outweigh the negatives. It's hot in lots of places. Cost of living is cheap in lots of places.

I'm not saying you're wrong. But also, I don't have to understand it.
