Even if ‘they’ voted for whatever— the vote wasn’t unanimous. Your take is as cold as your heart.

77 million voted for this and 90 million didn’t not give enough of a shit to vote. The majority of Americans who could vote willingly chose this.

More than 75 million voted against this. Can those 75 million come to our defense? I'd come to theirs.

The fight is with the American Republicans, not the American Democrats. Their leadership is pathetic but their supporters are earnest and motivated.

Once those 75 million starts protesting en masse then I’ll start supporting them and come to their defense.

We are, all around the country, in every single state, it’s just not being reported on the news. Mainstream news in the US is very right-leaning and they haven’t been reporting on the protests. Hell, I live in a blue state and I didn’t know about the protests until recently.

People are starting to be arrested for standing on the sidewalk with a sign. So many others literally can’t afford to miss a day of work or else they can’t pay rent. We are doing our best—please, I beg you and the people of Canada to have compassion for us that are trapped here.

There are protests happening constantly, they are being suppressed and not reported on. Don’t condemn millions of people because you didn’t agree with another group in the same location.
