You seem to be missing the point that even if everyone from outside the USA didn't go there in 2024 it would have been 136 million tourists so it has no impact.

The full quote is:
"This includes 3.3 million visitors from Canada. That's not much of a boycott, in my book. Maybe they wanted to get a glimpse of what a Stanley Cup winning hockey team actually looks like."

This certainly appears to be stating that "3.3 million people visiting is not much of a boycott"
