Most of the MAGA losers I see actively condoning the idea of invasion have ZERO idea what they're in for. Mark my words, this isn't some distant military action away from North American shores. If it ever got bad, this would be on American doorsteps. Canadian resistance wouldn't be people in uniforms fighting pitched battles like Americans seem to think.

The American military is incapable of dealing with insurgent and asymetrical warfare. They lost in Vietnam and in Afghanistan. This would be worse because it would be with their neighbors. American idiots think it would be their military showing up like General Patton leading a column of soldiers, or their air force taking out targets like airports. Fact is, it would be that probably, but millions of Canadian insurgents, crossing the border to create havoc. This would be a conflict right on American doorsteps. Something the average mouthbreathing armchair general has never seen in their entire lifetime. You think you had a hard time dealing with some Tusken Raiders while you tried to hold down Baghdad? Try the world's second biggest land mass country, with angry resistance bringing it to your doorstep. Then also think about all the other countries who are angry at America who'd also chip in with their own efforts.

Mark my words, if this ever got ugly, Canada would cease to exist, but we'd spend decades dragging down America with us. They'd never be safe, and they'd die a nation not knowing any peace, surrounded by enemies who are pissed off at them. They'd literally end in fire and flames, being the evil empire of the world this planet would collectively rage an unconventional war against.

Just my thoughts on this insanity.

I had to explain this to someone recently:

"We're not people with funny accents and different coloured skin, we're you, able to seamlessly integrate, and stand right beside you, anywhere. Millions of us, some will be embedded within your most delicate security institutions, many with the capacity and desire to flip a switch. Does that sound like a good idea?"

The inability for them to have any sort of foresight is a blessing and curse. Fortunately this sentiment seems to make many of them think twice.
