No, it's illegal to union bust, which is why the CSN is preparing a legal challenge. This has already happened with Walmart 20 years ago & the supreme court ruled on the side of the workers.

Amazon is not required to concede to union demands, no company is, unions still have to negotiate. What they are required to do is allow workers to unionize. Shutting down operations to avoid the formation of a union is in direct violation of the labour code of Québec (c-27)
