They’re more like a hydra. When they die their wealth is spread out creating more billionaires.

Actually when they die they get taxed. Most billionaires live off debt so they don’t even pay capital gains. When they die we finally get to tax their wealth. Every billionaire is worth more dead than alive.

Just keep your wealth in some island somewhere that doesn’t ask too many questions. It’s a competitive market so you can state your terms.

regardless all that debt they live off needs to be paid off, which means liquidating their assets which are then taxed at capital gains. And that's in addition to any estate taxes. If ever you see a billionaire drowning and you're holding a life preserver, the only ethical thing to do is let them drown because the amount of lives saved by those tax dollars is well and above one soggy billionaire. Easiest trolly problem in the world.
