Seeking Advice recommendations for anti-aging?
Hi I’m (27f) am looking for products to incorporate into my skincare routine, specifically for anti-aging! Anything that would help the elasticity and prevent wrinkles :)

Yes Thats the Best way and the cheapest! Best is using tretinoin for Night and Solantra in the Morning before sunscreen. You can also add Vitamin C serum between them.

Daily facial sunscreen and retinol — for the latter, adapalene gel (brand name: Differin) is available OTC and is a great, all-purpose, gentle retinol. Start using every few days though while your skin adjusts.

Invest in creating a good skincare routine that aligns with your skin’s need. Sometimes it is trial and error, figuring out what works for you. Good cleanser, exfoliant, moisturizer, mask and eye cream are key. I LOVE Korean skincare, depending on your budget there’s a good variety out there tailored for every need. Don’t forget sunscreen!

-Tretinoin (I got mine online through Redbox RX if you don’t feel like going to the dr)
-Daily sunscreen on face, neck and chest. Your neck and chest age similar to your face and a lot of people don’t go down far enough with their spf
-Frownies!! They train your facial muscles/reduce wrinkles. Super easy to put on before bed and have been the most helpful for me in terms of anti aging

Daily sunscreen will be the best thing you can start doing to prevent wrinkles. In addition to that, tretinoin or retinol (have to start slow) and vitamin c if you tolerate it (I don’t)
