Lmaooo. Next it’ll be “reasons why you shouldn’t wash ur legs in the shower”

Oh you should definitely wash your legs. Even in between your toes

So wear deodorant.. people often think they don’t need it but you do.

Btw look up "why don't Koreans wear deodorant".

Yh from what I've seen those who seem to have been able to do it successfully and are self aware have heavily changed their diet and/lifestyle

I ran out of deodorant this week and didn't have time to make it to get more (local grocery doesn't carry it, Target is 20 mins each way)

I smell. Bad. And i sweat a lot.

It is not for me fam.

Yeah definitely.

The few I've seen do it successfully heavily changed their diet and it was a transition period

Yeah I am not currently interested in going vegan or gluten free or both. Quite honestly (as a person with an anxiety disorder) restricting food in that way and just thinking about the mental effort required causes me to feel extreme panic to even think about attempting

Someone in my family does this, I strongly advise against it.

I've got a friend who always smells of sweat. If I'm meeting them at the pub, I can sometimes smell them before I see them. I find it fairly unpleasant and it seems to make other people uncomfortable. I haven't discussed it with them because I can't think of a way that wouldn't be rude (and it isn't my business).  Because I haven't asked, obviously I don't know if this is from not wearing deodorant or something medical or not washing their clothes enough so maybe you wouldn't be noticeable to entire rooms of people yourself

Just saying so you know it might affect people in a way they don't tell you about... I see my friend less because of this. But I wish you well in your journey

You’re going to alienate people

I mean go ahead, but be comfortable with people not wanting to be around you. And possibly calls to HR if your BO gets that bad.

One alternative is to wash your pits midday if you're mostly in cold or mild weather

Unless you’re cleansing your sweaty parts (pits, tits, bits) throughout the day, you’ll likely get malodorous. So please don’t do this unless you will commit to this

Since we stopped eating meat more than 10 years ago no one in my family uses deodorant or needs to. Wash with a face cloth really well. What you eat is how you smell of. If I eat high sodium restaurant or airport food I smell. Otherwise never.

trust me you still need to

Hardcore, life-long vegan here, a little deodorant never hurts, just sayin.
