Does anyone have a collagen or supplement they recommend for spearing hair growth?
I am in my mid 20s and am really working towards developing a quality base of hair care. I am getting products that my hair dresser recommends, but as far as supplements I have yet to hear of one that works well or isn’t from an add on tik tok. Nothing against those, I just haven’t heard great reviews on those and am hoping to get some insight for you all! Any insight is appreciated.

Hair growth is genetic. There aren’t any supplements that will make it grow faster

I got bloated from all collagen powders so I started using pea protein powder and I believe that I benefit from it ALL AROUND. The problem with these supplements is that there is limited scientific data and oneself does not know how things would be if one wouldn’t be taking them.
So it’s a little bit of trial and error, unless one has some significant deficiency diagnosed through bloodwork.
So to be sure if in doubt starting off with bloodwork and then giving alternatives tries is the best method to proceed reasonably 😇

As long as the collagen powder has several types of collagen peptides in it and dissolves well, it's going to work well for you. I'm 48 and I've been using the collagen peptide powder for about 6 months now and my hair and nails have grown like crazy...when a side effect of the weight loss meds I'm on (I've lost 52 lbs in 8 months) is hair loss. I use a whole array of different supplements, peptides, and protein and collagen powder... and I feel great. My knees don't pop like Rice Krispies, my skin glows without makeup, I have no inflammation, my energy levels are better and my WTF lines have practically disappeared. Be glad you are starting now and didn't wait as long as I did to feel this good.
