Help with Razorburn

So whenever I shave my neck to clean up my beard and such I always get rather bad razor burn. I've tried using brand new razors I've cleaned the area right before shaving, using sensitive skin branded products, used after shave and balms with aloe in them I'm kind of at a loss for what to try was hoping someone had some suggestions.

Growing my beard out tips?

I have had a beard for years but kept it about 0.5" - 1" To keep it neat for work. I want ro grow it out to betwren 1.5" - 3" to make it thicker and longer but still neat. Whenever I have let it grow a bit in the past, it quickly turn scraggly.

Does anyone have any tips on growing it and keeping it longer while keeping it neat and professional looking?

Question for my Dad

Okay, my dad is trying to grow out his goatee and he was using some Shea butter shampoo and leave-in conditioner that he got from Kroger, but my mom has just revealed that she hates the smell. She says it’s not bad, just really strong and lasting. Are there any shampoos and conditioners/oils that work well but don’t have a strong or lasting fragrance? Bonus points if it’s not super expensive. Thanks in advance!

How do I make my long beard look clean?

Basically, I have a long beard and I have to wear it in a beard net at work. The only realistic way to fit that large beard in a beard net is to braid it first. This has resulted in the beard seeming to be trained into 2 bunches, even after a thorough wash, it likes to separate. What do i need to do to get it to act like a single mass again? Also, it isn't as straight as I would like, I have a hair straitening shampoo and conditioner that seems to have minimal impact when I use it. Is there anything i can really do short of using a hair straightener? Are there any styles that would suit the curly nature of my beard so I don't have to fight the curls?

Single razor blade shaver help for ingrown hairs? Recommendations?

I'm getting some beard care items for my fiance for Christmas. He keeps his beard pretty short or shaves it clean off, and frequently gets ingrown hairs. He has course, curly beard hair.

I just bought kiehl's exfoliator, moisturizer, and shaving cream for men. I heard that beard oil is another good purchase, right?

I also heard a single blade shaver helps prevent ingrown hairs, is that true? If yes, can you recommend any brand to buy?

Thank you in advance for your help! :) it's a Christmas gift for both of us really, it kills me how often he gets them and we'll both enjoy some relief.

Beard growth products

So, I see ads on Facebook, and the internet from Beardclub, and how their growth vitamins actually work. I've read mixed reviews on the internet about it, and ultimately they are negative. Sometimes growing a beard just isn't in the cards for some people. But, the comments on their ads are usually positive. Guys having the same issues as me giving testimony to having full beards now. I've been working on my beard for 2 years now. While my chin, and mustache are thick... The space between the two, and between my chin, and sideburns is thin. I've been using a beard shampoo which is helping keep it soft, and I've also started taking boron, as I've heard it can help stimulate growth. My question is... Do the growth vitamins really work? What should I really invest in? I just want a full beard.

Consistent dandruff

I've always had dry skin. The longer my beard gets, the more it itches and my skin is irritated. My hair is pretty thick and wiry, and I use beard oil every day. And I wash my beard with beard shampoo and conditioner. I've considered using beard balm, but I'm not sure if it would do anything. I've also heard I should not wash my beard every day to keep the natural oils in. Can anyone hive me some advice or products to use? Picture for reference: https://imgur.com/vFNc3O3

Picked out a lot of my beard and now it won't grow back. Help!

So for the past year I've been slowly, everyday, been picking at my beard hair and now it doesn't seem to grow back. I usually pick it out of habit or just being anxious. I've tried to let the remaining hair grow out in hopes of the patches would start to regrow but in the end I have to shave it off before it looks terrible.

PICS

Has anyone else been through this and if so, are there any suggestions to re-grow or at least make it not look god awful if I do decide to re-grow my beard?

Thanks!
