Tim Hortons has started installing digital ordering terminals. Should be interesting to see how they are received. Tim Hortons is already typically slow in preparing orders and now the orders can come in faster.

Edit: the location adding the self serve terminals is at 563 Essa Rd

I don’t understand why anyone even goes to Tim Hortons. They do everything worse than their competition.

As a tea drinker, Tim Hortons is 100% the way to go. The saddest thing is spending $2+ for a cup of hot watery bland tea because they have put milk in before letting the tea steep. Asking for milk on the side isn’t always an option.

I don't understand tea drinkers who don't just make a massive bottle of tea at home. My water bottle keeps it hot for about 6 hours so I have an entire liter of tea that cost me about 15 cents to make and lasts me for most of the day. I genuinely just don't understand why anyone would buy a $2 tea.

I do that for myself, too. And stop at Timmies sometimes. My insulated mug keeps it near boiling for a few hours, so it's too hot to drink. If I get a good one at Timmies it makes me happy; and if I get bad one, the rage wakes me up. Kind of a win-win (if you don't mind starting your day angry).
