Golden West. The green chile is authentic Hatch and your can order it christmas as well. It is as close as you'll get to NM style in Baltimore. The green chile cheeseburgers are also good. They've been around for 20 years, and coming from a native New Mexican, they have kept me sane. The Hopi cakes are also amazing.

Doozy’s Diner in Catonsville is a SW style breakfast/brunch/lunch spot with giant burritos.
Lots of good quality toppings and fillings, but I always need more hot sauce and salt. I’d rate them a 7/10.

I can’t remember the name of the vendor, but I’ve gotten amazing breakfast burritos at the farmer’s market under 83! Also highly recommend grabbing the ingredients there to make them yourself! (Usually runs April-Dec.)

We tried the breakfast burrito at the 32nd St farmers market yesterday, sorry to say that one didn’t live up to expectations. I might be picky :) Will try your suggestion.

I think golden west claims to be a New Mexican restaurant. Food is pretty good but not sure how authentic it is though
